Franklin.

Frank looses his little mind whenever I go into the water. He looks out at me with great concern. When I catch a wave he barks and whines uncontrollably. I’m not sure if he’s scared for me or just hooting. But the beach is definitely one of his favorite spots. Good boy Frank!

Dark paint and epoxy don’t go well together. So for this board I wanted to try a dark color paint job, sanded finish, and a spray gloss. It came out pretty good. This board is all mine. I’ve been dreaming about it for a while…waves coming this week! More picts in the Flickr set.

Handmade Wood Fins from Pop.

I asked my grandfather to make a set wood of fins. This is what he comes back with. They are even Probox compatible. I was speechless. Then he took me into his wood shop and gave up all of his secrets. Thanks Pop!

I finally got this one done after a couple long nights. With this board I was focusing on light weight. This is a 6’3” round pin thruster at 19 1/2” wide and 2 3/8” thick. It weighs 5 lbs! Thanks to Larry at Probox for the beautiful fins! More picts in Flickr Set
